“Don’t treat others the way you don’t want to be treated”
This is a very shocking ad campaign for Humans for Animals. I am convinced that many people will keep in mind these or think different after seeing these powerful ads.

Marine ecologist Jacques
Marine ecologist Jacques Cousteau criticized the focus on the seal hunt, arguing that it is entirely emotional: "We have to be logical. We have to aim our activity first to the endangered species. Those who are moved by the plight of the harp seal could also be moved by the plight of the pig - the way they are slaughtered is horrible."
That's what you are; uneducated hypocrites. The seals have never been endangered, and when left to achieve population critical-mass they devastate their food source and die of starvation.
If they had scales, nobody would give a crap.
Oh, and killing baby seals has been illegal for many years. Nice way to lie to push your agenda.

Wow, these are fantastic. A
Wow, these are fantastic. A bit dramatic but it is the act of producing emotion that can get a point across. I do have to say, I burst out laughing when I saw the seal one. And no, I'm not laughing at the thought of a dead infant, but this was ballsy.
very nice should be more
very nice should be more asians having what bain they have left being eaten, and the baby? well were not endangered are we?
Mwahahahahahahahahaha love
Mwahahahahahahahahaha love them both !!!
PS) It is not about killing the seals, it is about the way used to kill them !
hahaha...i agree with that
hahaha...i agree with that monkey...
I think I agree with the
I think I agree with the second ad campaign. Honestly, the so-called Canadian "sport" to clobber seals to death is disgusting, more so then what most people think these ads are..
it is really shameful.. for
it is really shameful.. for we have to save animals.
LOL!!! That's friggin funny!
LOL!!! That's friggin funny! I wish the image was bigger, I'd use that for my desktop!
The second one is awful
The second one is awful because child is on the add.
They shouldn't involve kids
They shouldn't involve kids in the campaigns
Hell yes they should! Why
Hell yes they should! Why should there be regard for people when animals suffer some pretty brutal conditions? Run a dog over and a kid, and who do you think the police will spend the world over searching for it's killer?
Dog gets dumped in a landfill, kid gets a expensive funeral. Don't refute it, you know it's true!
animals are like trash to people, only good for a use then thrown out. Bravo to the ad agency this time!
*facepalm* its an animal, its
*facepalm* its an animal, its only natural for the species to be concerned for its own. You don't see dogs risking their lives to save a rat or lizard. It seems to me your trying to say that animals are just as equal to humans, if not more. I do agree that we should treat them better and give them better living conditions, and not subject them to unnecessary suffering, but still do you obviously think you can compare squashing bugs to killing humans? If yes, then you are one messed up, twisted person.
Um, first of all, humans are
Um, first of all, humans are animals too. Everybody seems to forget that.
Secondly, you're right, you don't see dogs risking their lives for rats or lizards. You don't see them killing baby seals for sport either.
The difference between "us" and "them" is that the amount of damage we humans cause to the Earth is exponentially greater than any amount of damage other animals are capable of.
Perhaps humans are the most influential of Earth's species, but that does not make us the most valuable. In terms of value, I think that humans and other animals *are* equal.
Also, I think the term "squashing bugs" in your question is too flippant. No, I can't compare squashing bugs to killing humans, because insects don't feel pain. I can, however, compare slitting a pig's throat or scalding them alive to killing a human.
Amazing work! Simply
Amazing work! Simply ingenious! The sad fact is that the message is shockingly true - we as humans are really... inhumane without even realising it.
I would really not call this funny - people finding it "hilarious" should probably contact a friendly counsellor ASAP.
this is downright disgusting.
this is downright disgusting. Are they trying to compare animals cruelty by putting the animals in their place? You can NEVER compare killing an animal to a human because humans are concision creatures. We know right from wrong and have the ability animals don't have- the ability to feel guilt and empathy. I see the message the pictures are trying to say, but simply using an infant is downright disturbing. The pictures are quite contradictory since they are now saying that animals are the monsters.

obviously you are a moron,
obviously you are a moron, the picture is not contradictory. The message is quite clear, it says it right on the picture.... treat others the way you want to be treated. They are insinuating that if a seal were capable of killing one of our young in such a disgusting way, we might think twice about doing it to one of thiers. Obviously this ad evokes emotion in you, and that is the point. And also, simply because we can speak and can build things does not give humans the right to brutally murder animals for sport. For food, yes, if done humanely
