For 55 years, Detlef Pape, the most famous German physician nutritionist, teaches how to successfully cope with the holiday meals. Without us hungry, we can eat about all the desire food and if we follow the German medical advice, we can even get off a few pounds. This is great advice for people who want to enjoy eating at the best restaurants without worrying about complex diets and techniques to staying slim in the sun. For this, Detlef Pape revealed ten golden rules:
1 Eat only three times a day and between meals should be a break of five hours.
2 Breakfast should be rich in carbohydrates. Eat more fruits and vegetables.
3 Be carefully at holiday cake consumption. So you must reduce consumption to a single slice per day.
4 Use more condiments on each table. The hot condiments help burning the fat.
5 Take a long walk. During holiday, if you want to eat all the desire food, you should do about 3,000 steps each day, between meals.
6 Drink 2 liters of fluid daily. Natural juices, preferably made by you, this way you fill the body with vitamins.
7 In the evening, eat food rich in protein; 250 g of fish meat or chicken. During the night, body repair, 50 - 70 million cells that are composed of protein.
8 Take as little alcohol you can. 250 ml of wine or 0.5 liters of beer are more than enough daily.
9 Try to relax. Holidays are a cause for joy, peace and love in the family. Stress does not have any reason to appear in these moments.
10 Sleep at least seven hours a night. It is preferred to go to bed before midnight. The body are stimulated to burn fat in that time of night if you are asleep.
