Asian cuisine came with a new thing : Speed Cooking

Because we live in a world where time is money or because we are in a continues movement the Asian people invented a new kind of cooking: speed cooking. Evan it's seams like a crude way to cook an animal it's seams that in Asia is something common. As a joke we can say it's like a fast food - Asian style. This cooking style is very appreciated in Asia especially in Indonesia and China. One of the most shocking dish is the fried fish served alive. Partially fried and covered with sauce the fish still moves while is served on the plate. The poor animal struggles to breathe while customers are ready to eat him. Among the 'delicacies' of the Chinese restaurant are monkeys brains, rats, dogs,alive octupus, snakes or baby mice.
