The most expensive property currently available on the market is the so-called "Fleur de Lys", a palace of 125 million, located in Beverly Hills. In second place on top, at the price of 100 million dollars, the palace is called "Tranquility", situated on the edge of Lake Tahoe Nevada State American. The property lies on 210 hectares; the house itself has 6096 square meters. Cellar features 3,500 bottles of wine, the house have an indoor swimming pool and a cinema for 19 seats.

Third place is held by a palace of Bel Air, California, which costs 85 million dollars. The property is surrounded by a 305 meters long and 10 meters high wall. The land around the house has an artificial lake and several swimming pools and gardens. Garage can host 20 cars.

On the fourth place, with the price of 75 million dollars (decreased from 125 million dollars) is the so-called "Dunnellen Hall", U.S. State Connecticut. The property stretches across 40 hectares, including hills, grasslands, and reforestation areas. The palace itself is 6673 square meters, 14 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms. Inside find a swimming pool of 15 meters long.

Fifth place for the price of 75 million dollars is occupied by a house of 6400 square meters in the city of New York. It has a courtyard, a garden, cellar for wine on the roof terrace, sauna, gym, three rooms for servants and 10 bathrooms.
